ORAL ORDER
Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for respondents No.1 to 4. Notice to respondent Nos.5 to 7 is not necessary for the following reasons:
2. The petitioner is aggrieved of the dismissal of the revision petition filed by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent – Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District, for non-prosecution.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after the revision petition was filed, on no date of hearing was the petitioner absent. However, on one fine day, the revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Learned Counsel for the petitioner therefore, submits that the matter may be restored while directing the Deputy Commissioner to consider the matter on merits.
4. The submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted.
5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of while restoring RP No.92/16-17 on the file of the 2nd
