The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite of repeated approaches to the respondent-authorities requesting actual compensation for the land utilized for road widening, his representation is yet not been considered till date. 5. Learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure-A) will be considered in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. 6.
