It is not disputed that petitioner has suffered adverse entry in the year 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15 which may be a legal impediment to grant ACP to petitioner since requirement is 10 years’ satisfactory service. 3. Petitioner has not taken any step to challenge said adverse entries, therefore, relief for granting ACP cannot be considered. 4. In view of above, this Court does not find any ground to consider prayer, therefore, writ petition lacks merit, hence, dismissed. 5. However, this order will not come in the way if petitioner has legal remedy to approach concerned respondents to expunge adverse entries. Order Date :- 6.8.2025 N.
