Heard Sri Awadhesh Prasad, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri R.K. Gupta, learned Standing Counsel for State. 2. There is no appointed counsel for respondent Nagar Palika Parishad, Hapur. 3. Petitioner has challenged impugned suspension order dated 17.06.2025 on a ground that no charge sheet has been submitted till date as well as grounds of suspension order are not sustainable. 4. I have considered above submissions and I am of the view that at this stage, when suspension order is recently passed on 17.06.2025, this Court could not go into merit of said suspension order, however, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case no charge sheet is filed within 3 weeks from today and disciplinary proceedings are not concluded within 6 weeks thereafter with cooperation of petitioner, impugned suspension order shall be kept in abeyance subject to outcome of disciplinary proceedings. 5. Court also takes note of a communication dated 25.06.2025 which has recommended that the petitioner be reinstated with salary, therefore, respondents are directed to consider it also.
