Ms. Pinky Shaw, Advocate
--------- 14/Dated: 25.02.2025
Since the impugned order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Ranchi on 16.02.2017 in OA/051/00132/2015 merely remitted the matter back to the respondents for consideration afresh by the respondents after recording a finding that the pleadings, arguments do not deal with an aspect called ‘bunching’ and also recording that the order passed by the respondents is vague, we see no reason to entertain this writ petition.
This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
