Grievance of petitioner is that her husband, a retired employee, has died on 15.07.2024, however, till date her family pension and other allowances are not settled. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that representation so filed by petitioner is under consideration and grievance of petitioner will be considered within a period of six weeks from today. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, taking note of above referred fact that claim of petitioner is under consideration and is likely to be decided within a period of six weeks from today, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
