Case No. 754 of 2017 dated 29.09.2017 under Sections 447/326/307/302/34 of the IPC, 1860 read with under Section 25(1)(a)/27 of the Arms Act. And In the matter of : Palash Sanfui. Mr. Sk. Salim ……for the petitioner. Ms. Sujata Das, Mr. Abhishek Verma ……for the State. In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail vide order 27th March, 2025, inter alia, subject to the condition that he shall not enter the territorial jurisdiction of Basanti Police Station and shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station within whose jurisdiction he will be residing once in a week. Learned counsel submits that petitioner had duly complied with the conditions. Learned counsel submits that on account of the condition of not entering the territorial jurisdiction of Basanti Police Station, the petitioner is not able to work and facing great hardship. 2 2. Learned counsel for the State has filed the report of Inspector, Avijit Paul, I/C Basanti P.S. let it be taken on record. As per the report the petitioner has complied with the order. 3. In the facts and circumstances, the bail condition as to not entering the territorial jurisdiction of Basanti P.S. stands waived. However, the petitioner shall report to the Inspector-in- Charge of Basanti P.S. once in a fortnight. Remaining contents of the order shall remain the same. 4. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of. 5. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Dinesh Kumar Sharma, J.)
