The petitioner has assailed the communication dated 27.7.2024 whereby she was informed by respondent no. 3 on behalf of District Magistrate, Basti that her claim made under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana was considered in the meeting of the District Level Committee held on 2.6.2024 and in light of the same, the District Magistrate has rejected the claim on 5.6.2024. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the written instructions received from SDM, Haraiya, District Basti. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to oversight, certain mistakes have crept in while drafting the writ petition and he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
