This application has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this application and ensure the compliance of order dated 14.05.2024 passed by learned court of Juvenile Justice Care Board, Bhadohi in case No.101/2023 (State Vs. Delinquent Child) arising out of case crime No.298/2009 under section 498A, 304B, 120B I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Oonj, District-Bhadohi within specific period and direct the learned court of Juvenile Justice Boart Bhadohi at Gyanpur to acquit the applicant in present case, otherwise the applicant shall suffer irreparable loss & hardship." 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that Allahabad Bank (now Indian Bank) is not complying with the order passed on 19.7.2024 by the Juvenile Justice Care Board, Bhadohi. 3. A perusal of the present application would go to show that Allahabad Bank has not been made a party in the present application. If the order of the Juvenile Justice Care Board has not been complied with, the remedy lies to the applicant to file appropriate application for non-compliance of the order dated 19.7.2024 passed by Juvenile Justice Care Board, Bhadohi. 4. At this stage, this Court cannot execute an order passed by the Juvenile Justice Care Board, Bhadohi. 5. Accordingly, the present application under Section 528 BNSS is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to approach the Juvenile Justice Care Board, Bhadohi in accordance with law.
