Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2. By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant to allow the present appeal and call for the record of the case from the subordinate court, and quash the order dated 26.4.2025 passed Special Judge, SC.ST. (PA) Act, Auraiya in Special Sessions Trial no.164/2023, Computerized Case No.837 of 2023 (Smt. Sarojanee Devi Vs. Siddhanath Chaturvedi and others), within a short stipulated period. 3. From the perusal of record, it transpires that the applicant has moved an application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. which was treated as a complaint case by the court below concerned and the court below has rejected the complaint case vide its order dated 26.4.2025. 4. I have considered the arguments advanced on behalf of the parties and perused the impugned order passed by the court below concerned. I find no irregularity, illegality or jurisdictional error in the order impugned. The appeal lacks merit and, is accordingly, dismissed.
