(Oral) Prayer in the present civil revision petition, filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for setting aside the order dated 01.09.2025 (Annexure P-6) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Sunam in execution petition No.EXE-74-2023 whereby the objections filed by the respondent No.2 being the third party has been allowed.
2. A perusal of order sheets would reveal that the matter has been repeatedly adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. On the last date of hearing i.e. 14.05.2026, the following order was passed:-
“Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a short accommodation. Adjourned to 21.07.2026. It is, however, clarified that pendency of the present revision petition shall not operate as a bar to the learned Executing Court from proceeding further with the execution POONAM 2026.07.23 09:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
