HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 11174 of 2025 Court No. - 32 HON'BLE CHANDRA DHARI SINGH, J. 1. The instant writ petition has been filed with the following main relief:- "A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus direct the respondent No. 2 i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Basti to take appropriate decision on the application / representation dated 27.05.2025 pending before him within time bound manner." 2. Sri Santosh Kumar Mishra, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents, on instructions, submitted that the arrears has already been paid and deposited on petitioner's account. 3. This fact has not been disputed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents has placed the written instructions before the Court, which is taken on record. 5. Taking into consideration the above-said submissions made by learned counsel for both the parties, written instructions received by learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and no objection raised by learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any reason to keep the matter pending for further adjudication. 6. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of in the light of the above-said instructions. (Chandra Dhari Singh,J.)
