SAKTHIVEL, J This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 320 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 18.12.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.29070 of 2024. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been stated that the papers were sent to Finance (Legal Cell) for scrutinizing the affidavit and grounds for the writ appeal, and the same was approved by the Government and thereafter by the Law Officers. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served.
