CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.3912 OF 2019 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the official respondents 3 to 5 to provide protection to the Petitioner Factory and for the shifting of the (i) Production Machinery, (ii) Supporting machinery like Generators, electric motors, Tools and fixtures, etc., (iii) Spares and Lubricants, etc. to their other Jute Mills situated at Eluru and Kotturu (near Eluru), West Godavari District. 02. Heard Sri E.V.V.S.Ravikumar, learned counsel for writ petitioner and Sri V.Farook, Learned Additional Government Pleader for Home representing State. None appeared for the unofficial respondent. 03. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition and sought permission. 04. Permission accorded.
