Narendar) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has handed over the copy of some threatening messages sent by respondent no. 6 to petitioner no. 2. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General would submit that in compliance with the earlier order of this Court dated 25.06.2025, protection was given to the petitioners. He would further submit that in case there is any further threat perception to the life of the 1 petitioners, the concerned SHO shall make a fresh assessment of the threat perception and will provide necessary protection, if required. 4. The submission of learned DAG is placed on record. 5. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands disposed off, as no further orders are required. 6.
