NO.123/2006 DATED 28.3.2011 VIDE ANNEXURE-F TO THE EXTENT THE PETITIONER IS AGGRIEVED AND ETC., THIS PETITION IS COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED. CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, petitioner has prayed for quashing Award dated 28.03.2011 passed by Industrial Tribunal, Mysuru, in Ref.no.123/2006 vide Annexure-F. 2. After negotiations, parties have arrived at settlement. Accordingly, both parties have filed Joint Memo duly signed before Lok Adalath. Joint Memo reads as follows: "JOINT MEMO The WP filed against the award in Ref.No.123/2006 dated 28.3.2011 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal, Mysuru has been settled 3 between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under: 1. The Corporation has agreed to confirm the punishment order dated 24.11.2004. The Corporation further agrees to ay the benefits arised out of restoration of the 2 punishments dated 2.10/12-2002 & 5.11.2004. 2. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms." Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of modifying Award dated 28.03.2011 passed by Industrial Tribunal, Mysuru, in Ref.no.123/2006 vide Annexure-F in terms of Joint Memo.
