Learned Counsel for the first respondent submitted that they have redeposited the interest component in State Bank of India and the copy of the fixed deposit also has been placed before this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.No.573 of 2025 3. Learned Counsel for the Bank affirms that the amount has been deposited in different fixed deposit account. 4. In such view of the matter, till this Court decides the matter further, the amount shall not be withdrawn by the first respondent and the Bank shall also not permit any such withdrawal. It is brought to the notice of this Court that execution proceedings is pending before the Special Bench of this Court. Therefore, the parties are at liberty to move before the concerned Bench for any other relief. In the result, Contempt Petition stands closed.
