Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties, as the claim made by the petitioner is to consider the representations filed by him for reduction of OTS amount by the respondents, I am of the view that the respondents shall consider the representations and to convey the result of the same to the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law.
