In view of the order proposed to be passed today, notices need not be issued to the private-respondents. 3. The only prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner to direct the Additional District Judge, Court No. 1, Farrukhabad to decide Election Revision No.29 of 2023 (Buddhdev Shivaji Rav vs. Smt. Kirti Kushwaha and others) which is filed against the order dated 17.02.2023 passed by the Prescribed Authority/ Sub Divisional Magistrate, Amritpur Farrukhabad in Election Petition No.1535/2021 (Buddhdev Shivaji Rav vs. Srimti Kirti Kushwaha and others), expeditiously. 4. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. From perusal of record, it transpires that Election Petition was filed by the present petitioner against the private-respondents in the year 2021, which was decided on 17.02.2023. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, Election Revision has been filed in the year 2023 which is still pending consideration. 6. In this view of the matter and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Additional District Judge, Court No. 1, Farrukhabad to decide the Election Revision filed by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months, unless there is no legal impediment.
