The grievance of the petitioner is that her name is not entered in the revenue records pursuant to Saguvali chit issued on 29.02.2007. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent - Tahsildar, Ramanagara taluk, Ramanagara. 3. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to 2nd respondent - Tahsildar to verify the records and ascertain, whether the grant was made in favour of the petitioner in terms of order bearing No.LNDCR(53)969/99- 2000 and whether the Saguvali chit was issued in favour of the petitioner. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30644 WP No. 18987 of 2025 5. If the facts are borne out of the records, the Tahsildar shall proceed to mutate the name of the petitioner in the land records. 6.
