Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.18 of 2024, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District, is hereby quashed. 5.
