1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:- The Petitioner prays that under the circumstances stated above your Lordships would graciously be pleased to admit the writ application and pass necessary directions for release of financial and other service benefits including promotion along with pensionary benefits in accordance with the order of revocation dated 10.08.2022 under Annexure-4. And for which act of kindness the Petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.1 to consider and dispose of the representation vide Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition, in accordance with law, within a period of 6 (six) weeks from the date of receipt of this order with due communication to the Petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
