Present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.211 dated 20.10.2023 under Section 457, 380 and 427 of IPC, registered at Police Station Guruharshai, District Ferozepur as well as for quashing of General Diary Report i.e. GD No.15 dated 01.11.2023, vide which the petitioners were nominated as accused in the present FIR. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the case is under investigation. However, he prays that the investigating agencies may be directed to conclude the investigation. 3. Allowed to do so. 4. Dismissed as withdrwan. However, respondent-State is directed to conclude the investigation within a period of 04 weeks. The petitioners would be at liberty to pursue their remedy as available to them under the law.
