The petitioner, namely, Moksed Ali @ Moksed Ali, son of Sahar Ali, resident of village-Kismat Hasdaha Pt-IV, P.S.-Dhubri, District- Dhubri has filed this application under Section 483 BNSS, praying for his bail in Special Case No. 552/2024 pending before the Court of the learned Special Judge (POCSO) cum Additional Sessions Judge, Dhubri arising out of Dhubri Police Station Case No. 208/2024 under Sections 365/376/511/34 IPC read with Section 12 of the POCSO Act, corresponding to G.R. No. 692/2024, in which he was arrested on 21.01.2025 and is in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. S Nawaz, learned counsel is not pressing this bail application, to which Mr. B Sharma, learned APP, Assam has no objection. 4. Accordingly, this bail application, being not pressed, stands dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
