Ms. Beena Pande, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. K.S. Bora, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioner has sought quashing of F.I.R. No. 150 of 2015, registered against him for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of I.P.C. in Police Station Haldwani, District Nainital. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that the Investigating Officer has submitted closure/final report on 12.02.2021 against the petitioner, as evidence collected during investigation was not found sufficient to proceed against them. Thus, he submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. 5. Ms. Beena Pande, has not disputed the submission made by learned State Counsel. 6.
