Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of son of informant by means of iron rod. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Doctor has found the injury caused by this petitioner to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5. Considering the simple injury and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83377 of 2024(3) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.
