ORAL ORDER
1. The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. “Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ,
order or direction directing the respondent to execute lease cum sale deed and to issue possession certificate in respect of corner plot no.16b, measuring 2 acres, situated at aerospace sector, Hi-tech defence and aerospace park, Bengaluru district or in the alternative to execute lease-cum-sale deed and to issue possession certificate in respect of plot no.11(corner) of Hi- tech defence and aerospace park, Bengaluru in favour of the petitioner as sought in representation dated 14.12.2021 produced at Annexure-E and F respectively in the interest of justice and equity. b. Grant such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.”

During the pendency of the above matter, both the counsel for the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 and 3 submit that the disputes between the parties have been settled, and the petitioner is ready to accept 1 acre allotment in plot No.11A instead of 2 acres, which is the subject matter of the present petition.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that necessary sale-cum-lease agreement would be executed as regards the said 1 acre in plot No.11A as per the tentative price which has been fixed and communicated to the petitioner.
4. The submissions made by both the counsel are taken on record.
5. In that view of the matter, I pass the following:
ORDER i. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to execute necessary sale-cum-lease agreement in favour of the petitioner in respect of 1 acre of land in Plot No.11A of Hi-tech Defence and Aerospace Park, Bengaluru, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the petitioner having made the entire payments which are due to be made before the execution of such lease-cum-sale agreement.
