After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied, in case the present writ petition is treated as representation and dispose of at this stage with a direction to the Respondents 2 and 3 to accord consideration to the said representation within some reasonable time frame, to which the learned appearing counsel for the respondents has no objection, provided the same is directed to be accorded consideration in accordance with the rules and as per law occupying the field. 2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal at this stage and is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the Respondents 3 and 4 to treat the writ petition as representation and accord consideration to the same, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and the annexures appended thereto, strictly in conformity with the rules and as per law. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed by the said respondents be provided to the petitioner through registered post. 3. It is made clear that in case the decision which is likely to be taken on the representation of the petitioner, goes against the petitioner, he shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy under law. 4.
