For the respondent : Mr. Diwakar Dev Sharma, Additional Advocate General, for respondents No. 1 and 2. Mr. Romesh Verma, Senior Advocate, with Mr. Sumit Sharma, Advocate, for respondent No. 3. ____________________________________________________ Bipin Chander Negi, Judge ( oral) Heard learned counsel for the respondents and perused the impugned order dated 31.08.2017 and documents appended along with the present petition. From a perusal of the impugned order, it is evident that the present petitioners have preferred two reference petitions qua the same lands and against the same cement company. The same have been filed consecutively. On dismissal of the first 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? reference petition, it has been correctly observed by the learned Additional District Judge-II, Solan, H.P. that the subsequent reference petition qua the same land against the same parties would not be maintainable. In view of above, I see no error in the impugned order dated 31.08.2017, which calls for no interference. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand dismissed. (Bipin Chander Negi) Judge September 3, 2025 Susheel 2
