This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 23.07.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.19605 of 2025. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been contended that the petitioner was not aware of the order, and only when the proceedings were issued on 07.10.2025 and that there was knowledge about the nature of the order. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. Heard the learned Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu for the respondents 2 to 4, 6 and 7 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents 5 & 9 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed.
