After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would feel satisfied in case if a direction is issued to the respondents to take a call on the aforesaid representation expeditiously in light of the communication dated 04.07.2025 issued by the concerned Chief Engineer, by virtue of which “one time exception, amendment of WLR for O/E for March 2025 in r/o M/s Micro Builders Firm from “No to Yes” is recommended, to which Mr. T.M. Shamsi, learned DSGI appearing for the respondents is not averse. 2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep this petition alive and this Court in light of the innocuous prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners deems it fit and proper to dispose of this petition at the very threshhold by directing the respondents to dispose of the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner dated 04.07.2025, which has been placed on record as Annexure-II within a period of one week from today. 3. Mr. T.M. Shamsi, DSGI is directed to convey this order to respondents so that the necessary compliance is carried out within the aforesaid period. 4. In addition, petitioner is also directed to provide a copy of the order along with annexures to the respondent No. 2 so that the decision is taken expeditiously in light of the communication dated 04.07.2025. 5.
