Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent would submit that the order has since been complied with. A copy of the order, dated 29.08.2025, is also produced. Upon perusal thereof, it is seen that the request of the contempt petitioner is rejected with a liberty to approach the Civil Court. 3. As such, giving liberty to the contempt petitioner to take such steps as against the said order in accordance with law, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
