JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for both the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that although she filed an application in Form No.50, at Annexure-A seeking regularization of unauthorised occupation of 2 acres of land in Sy.No.27 of Vajarahalli, Ramanagara Taluk and District, the same has not been considered till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of Annexure-B sketch prepared by the taluka surveyor, the possession of the petitioner has been clearly shown. The petitioner has given a representation at Annexure-C dated 17.09.2024 contending that the Committee for Regularization - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30488 WP No. 4946 of 2025 of Unauthorized Occupation has recommended grant of the said land by order bearing number LND.CR/144-145-147/91-92. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to respondent No.2-Tasildar to consider the representation at Annexure-C given by the petitioner and verify from the records as to whether the committee had passed such an order recommending the grant of land in favour of the petitioner. If it is found that the committee had in fact passed such an order, then the Tahsildar shall proceed to consider the grievance of the petitioner for issuance of Form-10 and after collecting the kimmath, the name of the petitioner shall be entered in the land records. On the other hand, if it is found that no such orders have been passed by the committee, the Tahsildar shall verify whether the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected. If no orders have been passed by the committee, then the Tahsildar shall ensure that the application filed by the petitioner is placed before the committee for consideration and a decision in that regard shall be taken as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30488 WP No. 4946 of 2025 Ordered accordingly.
