Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be ordered directing the third respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure-Q. Counsel Sri.H.V.Devaraju., submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record. 6. A mandamus is ordered directing the third respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 14.07.2025 vide Annexure-Q in accordance with the law within two weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order, if not already considered as of today. 7.
