By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. As per the instructions received by learned Standing Counsel through which it has been transpired that there is hardly any proof of registration of marriage under Special Marriage Act and as such, the prayer cannot be exceeded as mentioned in the instant petition. 5.
