JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER On 28.05.2024, an order was passed whereby I.A.No.2/2021 was allowed on cost of Rs.500/- payable to Advocates Clerks’ Benevolent Trust and delay of 889 days in filing the petition is condoned. Even after one year, the amount is not paid. On 22.07.2025, this Court had passed an order that by 23.07.2025, if the order dated 28.05.2024 passed by this Court is not complied with and the receipt is not produced, the revision petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and directed the matter to be listed today. 2. Today, when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner submits on the merits of the matter and seeks time. When an order is passed as long back as on 28.05.2024, even till 22.07.2025, the order is not complied with and even after granting time, the submission of the counsel is that he has to contact the party and communication is sent to the party, the said submission cannot be accepted.
