When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondent police have already filed the charge sheet through e-filing in LTN No.202200042C202500124 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode, on 02.05.2025. 3. Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
