Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent No.2. Notice to respondent No.1 is dispensed with in view of the order proposed to be passed. 2. The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: 1. To issue a writ of certiorari to quash the impugned order of the district consume DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION, Hassan dated 02.09.2025, consumer complaint No.37/2025 Annexure-A which is produced at Annexure A being arbitrary, erroneous and opposed to law equity and justice, therefore is sought in the learned Hon’ble court be ordered to be Rs. 29860/- refund to complaint account from the concerned respondent authorities justice and circumstances of the case to meet the ends of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39817 WP No. 29541 of 2025 justice. Petitioner duty honesty integrity uphold claim of promotion is based on the concept of equality and equitability but said relief has be claimed within a reasonable time in favour of law to the petition to quash the order pass such order suitable order as deemed fit and to grant in the circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice. 3. What is essentially challenged is the order dated 02.09.2025 passed by District Consume Disputes Redressal Commission, Hassan in Consumer complaint No.37/2025 as regards which the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy in terms of the Appeal before the State Consumer Redressal Commission. 4.
