This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for regular bail in respect of Sessions Case No.109(A)/2024 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge (FTC), North Salmara, Abhayapuri. 3. In the aforesaid case, charges has been framed but no witnesses are examined yet. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. Let the trial court examine the witnesses namely- (1) Biswajit Sarkar and (2) Madhumala Mazumdar. After the examination of at least four witnesses, the petitioners shall have the liberty to approach this Court again. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application is closed and disposed of.
