Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that after the FIR was registered by Pathar Pratima Police Station no steps were taken and the private respondents had been threatening the petitioner. On the other hand learned advocate appearing for the private respondent submits that T.S. No. 55/23 is still pending before the learned Civil Judge. In spite of the same, the petitioners are trying to violate the order of the Civil Court. Petitioner if till date is facing similar inconveniences, he would file a fresh representation with the Inspector-in-Charge/Officer-in-Charge of Pathar Pratima Police Station who would assess 2 regarding the genuinity of the allegations and thereafter take steps in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 2392 of 2025 is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
