Petitioner has filed a suit for permanent injunction in which he has also filed an application seeking temporary injunction. 3. Since no order has been passed on the temporary injunction, therefore, petitioner has approached this Court for protection. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that defendants in the suit are trying to create third party interest qua the suit property. 5. This Court is not inclined to grant the relief as prayed for. Since, petitioner has approached Civil Court, therefore, protection can be sought from the same Court. 6. The writ petition, however, is disposed of with a request to learned Trial Court to make endeavour to decide the temporary injunction application filed by petitioner on the next date fixed, provided all the defendants are served.
