Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 5 to safeguard the life and liberty of the petitioners, as they apprehend imminent danger to their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No. 6 to 8, who are unleashing threats to the petitioners through their muscle men and pressurizing the petitioners not to pursue the complaint under Section 175(3) of BNSS filed by the petitioners in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Gohana, District Sonipat against respondents 6 to 8. 2. Learned State counsel has informed this Court that the investigation is still in progress. In view thereof, present petition is found to be premature and is not being entertained at this stage.
