Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record communication dated 20.06.2025, received from Director General of Police, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, relevant portion whereof, reads as under:- “It is submitted that the above case was listed before the Hon'ble High Court of HP on 30.05.2025 when the Hon'ble Court has passed the following order:- "Having heard learned counsel for the parties the only issue which now requires consideration in this execution petition is as to on what basis the weightage of additional qualifying service of 3 years and 3 months, which were earlier allotted to the petitioner was withdrawn by the respondents purportedly in compliance to the judgment passed by the Court in a writ petition filed by the petitioner i.e. CMPT No.5926 of 2008. Learned Additional Advocate General prays that he may be granted two weeks' time to file a specific affidavit of the authority concerned concentrating on 2 this particular issue only. List on 21.06.2025." In this regard, it is respectfully submitted that on receipt of the ibid order dated 30.5.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in the instant petition, the matter has been re-examined in the office of replying respondent and it has been decided that the judgment dated 29.09.2010 passed by the Hon’ble High Court in CWP(T) No.5926 of 2008 is being implemented by giving weightage of additional qualifying service of 03 years and 03 months, which were earlier allotted to the petitioner. The revised pension case of the petitioner will be sent to the Accountant General (A&E), H.P. Shimla after making all cordal formalities within a week. It is, therefore, requested that this fact may kindly be brought to the notice of Hon’ble High Court and judgment dated 29.09.2010 passed in CWP(T) No.5926 of 2008 and order dated 30.05.2025 in Ex. Petition(T) No.80 of 2023 will be implemented in letter and spirit for which four weeks additional time may kindly be sought from the Hon’ble High Court, please.” 2. In the light of the aforesaid developments, these proceedings are ordered to be closed, with the direction that let the judgment in question be now implemented in totality in letter and spirit within a period of four weeks, as prayed for by the respondents.
