This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 to complete record operation Under Section 49 of U.P. Revenue code, 2006 with regard to the land bearing Khasra No.50//16 (0-4)-25(5-11) i.e. total measuring area 5 Kanal, 15 Marla of Village Chandrao, Tehsil Indri, District Karnal Haryana, which is transferred under Dixit Award from State of Haryana to the State of U.P. in Tehsil Nakud, District Saharanpur within stipulated time as directed by this Hon'ble Court and provide certified copy of Khatauni of the said land to the Petitioner. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 and 3 to decide the Representation dated 18-03-2025 submitted by the Petitioner (Annexure No.11 to the Writ Petition), which is followed by the reminders dated 22-04-2025 and 27-05-2025 (Annexure No.12 and 13 respectively to the Writ Petition) within stipulated time." 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon respondent no. 3 to complete record operation under Section 49 of U.P. Revenue code, 2006. Prayer has also been made that an application has been submitted on 18.03.2025 before respondent nos. 2 and 3 which may be decided, expeditiously. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 3 to decide the application dated 18.03.2025, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
