Petitioner has approached this Court for payment of group insurance and arrears of dearness allowance. 3. Learned counsel appearing for Respondents-2 to 4, on instruction, submits that amount towards dearness allowance is already paid. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is not aware since no communication was made in this regard. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, the submission made by learned counsel for Respondents-2 to 4 cannot be disputed and respondents are directed to communicate petitioner the date of payment and details thereof. 6. So far as amount towards group insurance is concerned, learned counsel appearing for Respondent-5 submits that claim of petitioner is still pending since some documents are sought from petitioner as well as department. 7. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that petitioner as well as concerned respondent will submit requisite papers for consideration of payment of group insurance expeditiously.
