Even though the office has raised an objection regarding the maintainability of this review petition, the petitioner is seeking a review of the order dated 06.04.2016 passed in W.P.No.19594/2015. 2. The petitioner, being aggrieved by the order dated 06.04.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.19594/2015, filed a writ appeal before the Division Bench in W.A.No.1024/2018. The Division Bench, by its order dated 16.04.2018, dismissed the appeal and confirmed the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.19594/2015. Being aggrieved by the order dated 16.04.2018 in W.A.No.1024/2018, the petitioner filed a - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:31236 RP No. 295 of 2025 review petition before the Division Bench seeking review of the order dated 16.04.2018 passed in W.A.No.1024/2018. The Division Bench, by its order dated 16.08.2019, rejected the review petition and confirmed the order passed in W.A.No.1024/2018. 3. The petitioner earlier had filed W.P.No.53268/2016 seeking to quash the joint memo dated 06.04.2016 filed in W.P.No.19594/2015 and this Court by order dated 20.02.2018 dismissed the said writ petition as not maintainable. Again, the petitioner filed W.P.No.16051/2025 seeking to quash the very same joint memo dated 06.04.2016 filed in W.P.No.19594/2015 and this Court by order dated 30.07.2025 has dismissed the said writ petition. 4. Under these circumstances, the review petition filed by the petitioner seeking review of order dated 06.04.2016 passed in W.P.No.19594/2015 is not maintainable. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:31236 RP No. 295 of 2025 5.
