Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:51922 Court No. - 74 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 25053 of 2024 Petitioner :- Anisha And Another Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sami Ullah Khan Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Saurabh Srivastava,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents. 2. By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. In pursuance to earlier order dated 13.08.2024, it is specifically directed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court that "in case the petitioners apprehend any threat from their parents, they may approach to concerned Senior Superintendent of Police for redressal of their grievances". 4. When the matter has been taken up today, prayer as made in the petition has been pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner, but at the same time fairly admitted that in pursuance to order dated 13.08.2024, petitioners never approach to concerned Superintendent of Police for redressal of their grievances; once the option has been given and no approach has been made by petitioners to the office of Superintendent of Police, Sant Kabir Nagar, meaning thereby, there is hardly any cause of action survives in favour of petitioner for pursuing the instant petition. 5. In view thereof, present petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 8.4.2025 Saif Digitally signed by :- SHAIKH SAIF ABDIN High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
