Today, on hearing the learned counsel on either side, it is noticed that the said order has not been complied with as on date. However, the learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the college in question has already submitted a proposal as early as 15.04.2021 and the copy was also furnished to the Government Advocate. The learned Government Advocate shall obtain specific instructions before next date of hearing. 3. In the light of the above, the Sub Application is allowed and the contempt petition is reopened. 4.
