Petitioner filed a suit for permanent injunction which is pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Laksar, District Haridwar and is registered as Original Suit No. 104 of 2025. 3. In the said suit, petitioner has also moved a temporary injunction application on which notices were issued to the defendants. 4. Petitioner’s counsel submits that all the defendants have been duly served; however, learned Trial Court has not considered the application for temporary injunction. Next date fixed in the matter is 02.07.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited is proposing to erect poles for transmission of high-tension line over the agricultural field belonging to the petitioner and if such poles are erected, then petitioner will suffer irreparable loss. 2025:UHC:5496 6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Trial Court to consider petitioner’s temporary injunction application on the next date fixed.
