Case No. 63 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Pakur. 3. Mother and wife of the informant were consuming liquor with the accused persons. In the late night, the accused persons sent the wife of the informant home to sleep, while the mother of the informant stayed back. Subsequently, she went missing. Later on, at the instance of co-accused Babudhan Tudu, dead body of the mother of the informant was recovered. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come only on suspicion. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered on the pointing out of this petitioner. 6. Mr. Bishambhar Shastri, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Pakur in connection with Hiranpur P.S.
